TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICING POLICY:

Minimum order is $10.00*
*Merchandise manufactured by ACS

PAYMENT TERMS:

Net 30 days on established accounts. All others are cash with order or credit card.
To open an account, please submit a credit application.

SHIPPING TERMS:

FOB/Factory. All merchandise is shipped the most economical way and added to
invoice.

DAMAGED OR SHORT SHIPMENTS:

Check merchandise for obvious damage before signing freight receipt. Any
damage or shortage must be noted on freight bill of lading and ACS is to be
notified immediately. In the event of hidden or concealed damage, leave carton
intact and save all packing materials. Notify the carrier at once for inspection.

RETURN POLICY:

No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange without authorization.
Returned merchandise must be shipped via prepaid freight. No freight collect will
be accepted. Special orders or imprinted merchandise is not returnable.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 20 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE INVOICE. RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
